The movement is fully jeweled to the center and it features cap jewels on the escape wheel pivot and the pallet. The movement is controlled by a side lever Massey-style escapement. It features a bi-metallic balance wheel with gold timing screws which is supported by a diamond endstone. The dial is single sunk with Roman chapters, a black minute track and blue spade pointers. The dial is signed “French Royal Exchange London 22624.” The very heavy gold case is finished with a classic overlay Gothic monogram on the front cover, the inner cuvette is gold and plain polished and the back cover is also plain polished.
