Foudroyante is a reference to lightning which refers to the fact that this watch can time with 1/8 seconds accuracy and can also time multiple events with its split seconds/rattrapante complication. Just an awesome timepiece with a Ferrari track/road racing thoroughbred pedigree and theme.   Very fine and rare, self-winding, water-resistant, platinum wristwatch with 1/8 seconds round-button split-seconds “foudroyante” chronograph, registers, tachometer and a platinum  Girard-Perregaux link bracelet with double deployant clasp. Black dial w/ anthracite chronograph sub dials and red foudroyante hand.   This watch weighs over 11 Oz.
