This is so finely done that it is better made than most baskets I've seen. The metal barrette component is actually woven in and not glued.  For the collector, you can definitely recognize its quality and value of this item(the artist has to harvest, wait to dry, split, & dye the grass before weaving).  Unfortunately I've forgotten the name of the artist who brought this item to me in my shop many years back but nonetheless, it is a gorgeously made item.
